Fusing sublime style and graceful lines with modern materials and unmatched customization options, the Z1 is the pinnacle of the craft. No other frame takes as much time and skill to build. No other carbon frame looks this timeless or rides this beautifully. Designed from the ground up for custom geometry, Z1s may be customized by 1mm and .1-degree increments to fulfill any custom design from 47cm to 63cm. Custom carbon fiber lug lay-up along with four tube set choices allows the Z1 to be perfectly optimized for each individual rider. New for 2008 is a fixed wheel option for track use or fixed wheel road riding, as well as updated geometry and additional stock and custom sizes, including an option for 650c wheels. Z1s can be built with semi-sloping geometry up to 3 degrees. Optional upgrades include the super light SL tube set, the extra stiff XL tube set and the X woven tube set. The Z1 design is flexible to accommodate just about any rider or riding style - from aggressive triathlete to relaxed randonneur.

Originally designed to be a less expensive alternative to the Z1, our Z2 may be the best-kept secret in the PARLEE lineup. Built using the same tube sets and techniques as the Z1 and Z3s, the Z2 offers a wide range of sizes and options for those who prefer a level or gently sloping (up to two degrees) top tube. The Z2 is offered in five semi-custom sizes. Options for the Z2 include custom geometry, the super light SL tube set, the XL tube set and the X woven finish tube set.

Described by Bicycling Magazine’s Test Director as “…without question, the finest road machine I’ve ever ridden”, the Z3 is our vision of the perfect sloping geometry frame. Voted last year as Race Bike of the Year by Cycling Weekly Magazine, the Z3 has become the favorite of racers and enthusiastic riders worldwide. Never before (except with our own Z1, perhaps…) has such a great performing frame been available with so many options for customization and ride tuning. Ride a Z3 and you’ll see that it delivers the magic balance of stiffness and comfort. New for this year, the Z3 is offered in seven stock sizes as well as custom geometry. We are pleased to offer custom Z3s sized to 65cm virtual, which along with our XL tube set can provide an excellent ride for larger riders. Options for the Z3 include custom geometry, the super light SL tube set, the XL tube set and the X woven finish tube set.

The bicycle industry is awash in cookie-cutter sub-1000 gram stock carbon frames. What used to be a rarity is now available in almost any bike shop. Don’t get us wrong, we like light bikes. We were building 850-gram carbon framesets when most manufacturers were still clinging to titanium and aluminum as the “ultimate” road frame material. It is not difficult to build light, stiff carbon frames. However, the challenge is to build light, stiff frames that ride smoothly and can be counted on to last more than a season or two. Designed from day one to be supremely comfortable and fast, the Z4 is our vision of what a stock carbon fiber frameset should be. Light. Smooth. Pretty. Durable. Efficient. Comfortable. Lively. After three years of hard work, we are proud and excited to introduce the Z4 - based on the proven geometry, tube diameters and fiber composition/orientation of the Race Bike of the Year-winning Z3. We think that it achieves a perfect balance between light weight, durability, affordability and great road feel. The Z4 fuses the latest in advanced molding technologies with the ride and build quality that all PARLEE frames are known for. NEW for 2009 is a new red stock color scheme as used by the Team Fly V Australia p/b Successful Living team as well as the option to have a Z4 custom finished with any of our 15 standard decal options or any custom paint option. We have the ever-popular panel schemes as well as solids. We have the full catalog of paint options from both PPG, Dupont and House of Kolor so we can do just about anything! Call with any questions.
